I wasn’t sure what time the daily email would arrive; as it turns out, most days it’s here by 9 am but I decided to start a day later so I would always have an email at the start of the day. I’m not going to give details of the contents of these because that’s not fair to Marna, but the first few days have helped me to focus on what triggers my eating (a few surprises there!) and clarify how motivated I am to lose weight. Marna’s emphasis is on modeling what naturally slim people do and today (day 3) she provided some startling statistics.
On Friday I received a reminder email from the forum for the Friday check-in. This is an informal update of what we’ve been doing during the week and any results we want to share. The forum isn’t super busy, but I got a response to my intro post. I’m also working my way through the resources in the ThinWithinU membership site (60 days free access is provided with the 30 Day Blaster).
I weighed myself and recorded my waist and stomach measurements – which I will not be sharing anytime soon – and on day 2, the scales recorded a half pound loss! So far I haven’t felt in any way as if I’m “dieting” but I have become more mindful of what and why I’m eating.
